Bangladeshi couple return safely to their hometown: Pratima

Agartala: June 09: A Bangladeshi citizen was able to return to Bangladesh after healed from COVID-19 today.
According to details, Koranasindhu Chowdhury of Bangladesh went to Chennai with his wife for treatment of blood cancer. On his way back to Bangladesh from Chennai via Tripura, he was tested with corona positive at Agartala airport. They were sent for isolation. He was admitted to ILS Hospital for treatment as his condition deteriorated there.
Receiving the information MP Pratima Bhoumik, she transferred him to GB Hospital from ILS hospital and arranged all his medical treatment in collaboration with the doctors. Yesterday he tested negative of Corona virus. MP talked to the Bangladesh High Commissioner and made all arrangements for his return to Bangladesh.
"I am very happy to announce that with the cooperation of all, they have been able to return to their motherland Bangladesh today", Pratima shared in her facebook page.
Pratima thanked all the members of the Covid War Room, all the doctors who were engaged in his treatment, and to all the members of the Bangladesh High Commissioner for their cooperation in arranging for their recovery and repatriation.
