CPIM placed memorandum to Governor

Agartala: June 30: Two parties of CPI-M MLAs met Governor Satyadeva Narayan Arya and DGP VS Yadav and alleged that there was jungle rule in the state of Tripura under the BJP government, citing various ongoing attacks on the homes of opposition members. The legislators have requested the DGP and the governor to take strict measures to maintain law and order.

The leaders met Hiralal Das's house at Ramnagar 8, Gaur Kumar Bhattacharya, Kiran Lodh of Shyami Bazar, Santnu Debnath, Dipankar Sukla Vaidya of Indra Nagar, Haradhan Debnath, Khela Sarkar.

CPI-M leaders have condemned the barbaric activities carried out by the BJP goons and expressed surprise at how the BJP is celebrating the victory of the polls after winning through false votes and fraud.
