Congress leader Pranjit Roy attacked by bike squad

Agartala: Sept 25: Congress leaders and workers were attacked by bike squad today. According to the details of the incident, allegedly several Congress leaders including Pranjit Roy were injured in an attack by the ruling party's bike squad on their way back from the Congress meeting in Dataram Bazar area.
Later Pranjit Roy came to Radha Kishorepur police station to file a case against the Bike squad. After filing a case at the police station, the injured were taken to Gomati District Hospital for treatment.
At present, the injured are said to be undergoing treatment at the district hospital. Bike squad members smashed the car of Congress leader Pranjit Roy. This incident spread excitement in the entire Dataram area.Tags: Tripura Others
