Sudip raised his voice in the assembly about rape incidents

Agartala: Sept 26: Congress MLA Sudeep Roy Barman appeared in the assembly today citing the incident of raping a woman. Minister Ratan Lal Nath came to the field to save those involved in this incident. This is what Sudip complained about. In view of this incident, Sudip Roy Barman got involved in a war of words with the Treasury Bench.
He once protested in front of the Speaker and demanded the Chief Minister's response. In this situation, Minister Sushanta Chowdhury said that since the matter is under investigation, the Chief Minister cannot comment on the matter. In the end, a war of words broke out between the rulling party and Sudip Roy Barman. But the Chief whip of the Assembly Kalyani Roy claimed that there is a conspiracy of CPIM behind it. Later, the CPIM moved against Kalyani Roy. All in all, the assembly has practically become heated. After that Sudip left the assembly.Tags: Tripura Others
