Amara Bangali stages protest and burned effigy of Manik Sarkar
By Discover Tripura Correspondent

Agartala: Nov 29: CPIM, Congress and BJP are all political parties trying to come to power by exploiting the popular vote. On November 28, in an event of the CPIM party, the leader of the opposition in the state, Manik Sarkar, spoke in support of the demand of Greater Tipraland, which is the bane of Bengalis for the sake of politics and votes. In strong opposition to this, Amara Bengali staged a protest in front of the Amara Bengali state office on Tuesday and burned the effigy of the opposition leader.

They claim that the demand for Greater Tipraland is unreasonable. So Amara Bengali party does not support this claim because this demand can cause division among the caste people of the state. Besides, on this day they raised their finger against CPIM and said that in 1988 extremists were created during the rule of CPIM in the state of Tripura. As a result, thousands of people were killed during the rampage of extremists at that time. So CPIM's policy of threshing and mattress occupation politics is still trying to continue in the state. This type of politics of CPIM cannot be allowed to continue at present. The ground beneath the feet of the Bengali people has shifted.

Besides, he put Congress MLA Sudip Roy Barman on the dock and said that Sudip Roy Barman is claiming that the demand for Greater Tipraland is not unconstitutional. BJP is walking on the same path. Although not directly supporting the Greater Tipraland claim, the Territorial Council intends to. So everyone has only one goal to seize power by taking the votes of the people. Therefore, we strongly condemn against such extreme recent politics, State Secretary of Amara Bengali Gauranga Rudra Pal.
